Diversity and Equalities Training These workshops are tailor made to the requirements of each organisation. They are designed to fit in with the Equality Standard framework and can include the following: - Examination of personal boundaries and prejudices - The impact of discrimination in the workplace and community - Testimonies from people in the community - Positive action, what it means and how it can be done - The positive impact of diversity in the workplace All workshops are highly interactive and use forum theatre techniques using actors to work through real life scenarios put forward by participants. No role play is required of participants |

An introduction to Diversity These workshops are aimed at younger people. They include games and exercises which help participants realise the impact of difference and diversity, how people are treated differently and what their own perceptions of difference are. These workshops can range from ½ day to 2 day courses and can be tailored for groups from 8 to 30. |
