In 2006 the Homelessness Nurse in Bedfordshire did a consultation with homeless young people and was told that there needs to be more information about homelessness within schools. She shared that information with Wooden Hill and in 2009 Bedford Charity funded us to do something about it........

What do you do - I used to deliver a lot of training, but now I am mostly chained to a desk or going to meetings. I also do a lot of maths. Luckily I get to write plays and stuff too, so no two days are the same. People usually contact me to find out whether or not we can do a piece of work for them and how much it will cost. But I also get people popping in for advice and a cup of tea.
Favourite Cake - Lemon Drizzle or Victoria sponge sandwich with strawberry jam and no cream (preferably made by my mate Jobocop).

Why WoodenHill ? - It's the best job I've ever had and the one I've stayed doing for the longest, it's always changing and growing and I'm constantly learning. I want to see the creative side of Wooden Hill continue to grow and to link up with other arts organisations so that between us we can provide local people with a great big thriving Bedfordshire Arts Scene.
