Teenage Pregnancy
You Decide

This piece of theatre is based upon the trials of two teenagers, Kai, a young boy who is highly intelligent but socially clumsy, and Stacy, a young girl in care who has been hardened by her experiences of life.
These two find themselves in a situation where the mistakes they make when they are 14 follow them through time in ways they never saw coming.

The play is narrated by Kai and Stacy when they are twenty and looking back with the beauty of hindsight on their side.
It switches between the older, wiser Kai and Stacy and the young and naïve versions of themselves. It is a play that deals with teenage pregnancy, relationships, friendships and the strains that a pregnancy places upon you at the tender age of fourteen.

It is a stark look at the world through the eyes of those who have been there, seen it and done it and the painful consequences they still have to deal with.
